Sleep! I've always loved sleep, and always needed a lot of it. When I became pregnant with my first child, I became obsessed with learning everything about infant & baby sleep habits and abilities. It became pretty clear to me that having a "good" baby when it came to sleep was not entirely genetic but a learned ability that we, as parents, are responsible for creating. Talk about pressure!
Applying what I learned, my first child was fully sleeping through the night (12-13 hours) by 10 weeks. My second child was sleeping the same amount of time by 12 weeks.
It didn't take long for word to get out about my "good sleepers" and I was soon helping friends and family teach their babies good sleep habits and develop consistent schedules. In 2018 I made it official and became a Certified Sleep Consultant recognized under the International Association of Child Sleep Consultants.
My sleep consultation will include meeting with your family and learning your routines and goals. I will then create an individualized plan for your baby & family and continue to work closely with you for two full weeks.
